用户协议Terms of Service

1. 接受协议与适用范围

本协议是你与 待补充实际运营主体（“我们”）之间关于下载、访问和使用 Petta iOS 应用及相关服务（统称“Petta”）的约定。

如果你未达到所在地区独立同意本协议的法定年龄，应由父母或其他法定监护人阅读并同意本协议，并在其指导下使用。若你不同意本协议，请不要使用 Petta。

2. 服务内容

Petta 是一款以专注为核心、以宠物陪伴为反馈的成长型应用，可能提供 Todo、专注计时、App 使用限制、宠物陪伴、成长记录、图鉴、提醒、日历同步、小组件及订阅权益等功能。

• 部分功能依赖 iOS、设备型号、所在地区、网络、系统权限或有效订阅，实际可用性可能不同。
• Screen Time 限制和通知由 iOS 系统执行，可能因系统调度、权限状态、设备重启或 Apple 的技术限制而延迟或失效。
• Petta 不承诺通过使用应用一定能提高效率、形成习惯或获得特定成长结果。

3. 账号与设备数据

你无需登录即可使用基础功能。若你选择“通过 Apple 登录”，应妥善管理 Apple ID 和设备安全，不得冒用他人身份。当前部分资料和进度仅保存在本机，删除 App、清除数据、设备损坏或更换设备可能导致无法恢复；具体处理方式见《隐私政策》。

如果未来开放账号同步或服务端功能，我们会在启用前说明数据范围和必要条件。发现账号或设备存在未经授权的使用时，请及时联系我们。

4. 订阅、购买与退款

4.1 Petta Pro

Petta 可提供自动续期订阅。具体价格、周期、试用期和权益以购买页面及 App Store 显示为准。确认购买后，费用由你的 Apple ID 账户收取。

• 除非你至少在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时取消，订阅通常会自动续期；续期费用可能在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取。
• 你可以在 iOS“设置”中的 Apple ID 订阅管理页面查看、变更或取消订阅。
• 免费试用如有未使用部分，可能在你购买订阅后失效，以 App Store 规则为准。

4.2 恢复购买与退款

可恢复的购买可通过 App 内“恢复购买”功能处理。付款、退款、撤销和订阅管理由 Apple 按其规则处理；除适用法律另有强制规定外，我们不能直接代 Apple 批准退款。虚拟物品不具有现金价值，不得在 Petta 之外交易或兑换。

5. 可接受的使用方式

你同意仅以合法、个人和非商业目的使用 Petta，不得：

• 绕过、干扰或破坏订阅验证、访问控制、系统限制、安全机制或服务正常运行；
• 使用自动化工具、漏洞、逆向工程或其他方式获取未授权权益，但适用法律明确允许且不得通过协议排除的情形除外；
• 上传或输入违法、侵权、恶意或危害他人权益的内容；
• 利用 Petta 从事欺诈、骚扰、违法交易或其他违法活动。

6. 内容与知识产权

Petta 及其界面、程序、宠物形象、动画、文字、图形、商标和其他内容由我们或许可方享有相关权利。本协议仅授予你一项有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的个人使用许可。

你对自己输入的 Todo、备注、宠物名称等内容保留相应权利，并授权 Petta 仅在提供你所请求功能所必需的范围内处理该内容。你应确保自己有权使用所输入的内容。

7. Apple 与第三方服务

Petta 可能使用 Apple 的 App Store、Sign in with Apple、Family Controls、通知和日历框架，以及 RevenueCat 的订阅管理服务。第三方服务受其各自条款和隐私政策约束。

你确认本协议仅在你与我们之间成立，而非你与 Apple 之间成立；Apple 不负责 Petta 的维护或支持。在适用范围内，Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，并可执行与其相关的条款。

8. 健康、安全与免责声明

Petta 提供的是专注工具和轻量陪伴体验，不构成医疗、心理健康、教育、财务、法律或其他专业建议，也不是紧急服务。请根据自身情况合理安排专注、休息、运动和设备使用；如有健康疑虑，请咨询合格专业人士。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Petta 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不保证服务不间断、无错误、完全安全，或所有系统限制、通知和数据恢复在任何情况下都能成功。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用 Petta 导致的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失，以及数据丢失、利润损失或机会损失承担责任。对于依法不能排除或限制的责任，本条不作排除或限制。

某些地区不允许特定担保排除或责任限制，因此上述部分内容可能不适用于你；你仍享有当地消费者保护法律赋予的不可放弃权利。

10. 暂停与终止

你可以随时停止使用或删除 Petta，并通过 Apple 的订阅管理取消订阅。删除 App 不会自动取消订阅。若你严重违反本协议、危害服务或法律要求我们采取措施，我们可在合理必要范围内暂停或终止相关服务。

11. 服务与协议变更

我们可能为改进体验、安全、合规或业务需要更新 Petta 和本协议。重大变更会通过 App、此页面或其他合理方式通知，并标明新的生效日期。若法律要求，我们会另行取得你的同意。

12. 法律适用与争议解决

本协议适用运营主体所在地适用的法律，但不影响你依据居住地强制性消费者保护法律享有的权利。发生争议时，双方应先通过友好协商解决；无法解决的，由具有法定管辖权的法院或依法约定的争议解决机构处理。

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms are an agreement between you and Legal operator to be provided (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your download, access, and use of the Petta iOS app and related services (together, “Petta”).

If you are not old enough to consent under the law where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. Do not use Petta if you do not agree.

2. The service

Petta is a focus app with pet companionship as feedback. Features may include to-dos, focus timers, app restrictions, pet companionship, progress records, collections, reminders, calendar sync, widgets, and subscription benefits.

• Features may vary by iOS version, device, region, network, system permission, or subscription status.
• Screen Time restrictions and notifications are performed by iOS and may be delayed or unavailable because of scheduling, permissions, restarts, or Apple platform limitations.
• We do not promise that Petta will produce a particular productivity, habit, or personal-growth result.

3. Accounts and device data

You can use basic features without signing in. If you choose Sign in with Apple, keep your Apple ID and device secure and do not impersonate anyone. Some data currently exists only on your device; deleting Petta, clearing data, losing a device, or changing devices may make that data unrecoverable. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If we later add account sync or server features, we will explain their scope and requirements before enabling them. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

4.1 Petta Pro

Petta may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, term, trial, and benefits shown on the purchase screen and App Store control. Your Apple ID account is charged when you confirm a purchase.

• A subscription normally renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal may be charged within 24 hours before that period ends.
• You can view, change, or cancel a subscription through Apple ID subscription settings on iOS.
• Any unused part of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase, subject to App Store rules.

4.2 Restores and refunds

Eligible purchases may be restored through Petta. Apple processes payment, revocation, refunds, and subscription management under its rules; unless mandatory law says otherwise, we cannot approve an Apple refund directly. Virtual items have no cash value and may not be traded or redeemed outside Petta.

5. Acceptable use

Use Petta only lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• bypass or interfere with subscription validation, access controls, system restrictions, security, or normal operation;
• use automation, exploits, or reverse engineering to obtain unauthorized benefits, except where applicable law expressly permits and does not allow contractual restriction;
• enter unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content; or
• use Petta for fraud, harassment, unlawful transactions, or other illegal activity.

6. Content and intellectual property

Petta's interface, software, pet characters, animation, text, graphics, marks, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.

You retain applicable rights in to-dos, notes, pet names, and other content you enter. You permit Petta to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request. You must have the right to use anything you enter.

7. Apple and third-party services

Petta may use Apple's App Store, Sign in with Apple, Family Controls, notification and calendar frameworks, and RevenueCat's subscription-management service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Petta's maintenance or support. To the extent applicable, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce provisions relevant to them.

8. Health, safety, and disclaimers

Petta is a focus tool and light companionship experience. It is not medical, mental-health, educational, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not an emergency service. Balance focus with appropriate breaks, movement, and device use, and consult a qualified professional about health concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petta is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service, or that restrictions, notifications, and recovery will always succeed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or loss of data, profit, or opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use Petta. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so some language above may not apply to you. You keep all non-waivable consumer rights under local law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using or delete Petta at any time and cancel subscriptions through Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We may suspend or terminate relevant service where reasonably necessary for a serious breach, service safety, or legal compliance.

11. Changes

We may update Petta and these Terms for product, safety, compliance, or business reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes in the app, on this page, or by another appropriate method, and show a new effective date. We will obtain consent where the law requires it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. The parties should first try to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or agreed forum with lawful jurisdiction.
